What a weekend driving to Chicago for Eleanor's Birthday Party!
Katy and I took the quick jaunt to Chicago and on the way enjoyed Houlihan's lunch with Eric and Shannon before visiting one of Bon Ton's nicer Boston's Stores. It was a nice store-filled with Coach bags, Calvin Klein, DKNY, Ralph Lauren, suits and more!
We also ate at an Italian place with E2 on Friday night which was delicious! I can't believe Eric got to eat my leftovers for lunch!
Saturday we went to a contemporary photography exhibit which was very good-but very small! Click the link and check it out. It was the pictures of the city.
We also went to Michigan Avenue for some shopping. Ralph Lauren was very very nice but very gaudy. The help was very Ralph Lauren-posh, stylish, snobby, dressed to the T. Banana Republic was the best I've ever been to I think.
Here are my top 3 Banana's I've been to. I stop at three because Southdale in Eden Prairie and Rosedale in Roseville are not real exciting-though nice.
1. Chicago-Michigan Avenue
2. San Francisco-Market Street
3. Minneapolis-Mall of America
Saturday morning at the Choo Choo Restaurant
So Saturday night came and here's what we saw of Eleanor!
This is for Dad because he's the last one who mentioned my long facial hair. Should I keep this? :)
