High Fashion or Exchange Size?

I got a great deal from Tommy Hilfiger a couple of weeks ago. $27 dollars for 100% wool dress pants originally ticketed at $128. I got them when I got home from work and threw them right on!

Here's how they fit. Should I keep them and use them as high fashion or try and exchange them?

Now, I think about keeping them because of the influence of Thom Browne, who designs for Brooks Brothers, and himself. He's been a huge influence on jackets, blazers and pants being a whole lot shorter than most of America is used to.

I don't think I like high fashion, if men wear pants like that. :) but you could be right. Glad Katy likes the shoes. I just saw someone else wearing them today and I wanted a pair. :)

yeah, Thom Browne's stuff is high fashion. Go to GQ and find his collections. Wierd. But that's where the new and what becomes "normal" fashion comes. Like how I love shawl collar sweaters now to keep me warm. Probably wouldn't have been though of without craziness on the runway.

Yep, they look good. I want another pair of Sperry's too.

Not sure I'm in to the whole high fashion thing either. I think it looks to small or undone, sloppy, not caring, I don't know something other than nice. :) Glad we chose to get those shoes for Katy.

Let me way in - I don't like the look of short pants either. I'm sure it's just how it's always been. Tradition!!

Well, I don't like them as short as Thom Browne but I do like them just touching my ankle/shoe. I think it provides some interest and allows me to have greatly colorful socks on. It allows the pant to shine as well as the socks and shoe selection.

This has been the most commented on post. Congratulations everyone! :)
